Since we are only at the home part-time, it is a bit hard to give you a fact-based assessment. We have encountered very few problems and in each case your technician dealt with them as soon as we reported them. We rarely are present when the work is done but the summary is left as we requested on time every other month and the work appears to have been done with no disturbance to the house or yard. So, in the absence of any negatives and given a positive overall impression the rating should be high. Perhaps if we interacted more often with your techs I would be more confident in going to 5 stars; but that is not the fault of your techs.
