I invited Andrew from Utopia Management Inc. to value our family home for rentals. We picked a handful of agents to value the property and Andrew was easily the most impressive. He didn't carry himself like a 'typical real estate manager' he seemed down to Earth and we will definitely be instructing Utopia Management Inc. to rent and manage our property when we complete on our new home.
