They were friendly on the phone when I first contacted them, friendly in person. Had my truck repairs done sooner than expected. Let me have use of their loaner car for the day which was a huge help for me. I have a disabled pass and did not want to rent a car or take the bus somewhere for the day or even home then try to walk up the hill to my house. It was really nice to have that available to me.
