I have been taking my car to automotive remedies for many years. While in many cases I have had to take it back after maintenance, they have always eventually corrected the issue and I do appreciate that. Usually they keep me well informed, but it was different this last visit. I dropped if off on a Wednesday without an appt. I was told they would prob get to it the next day and would let me know what they find. After not hearing back from them, I called the following Monday (5 days later), and was told they had diagnosed the issue and the unit they had fully replaced was defective and had to be replaced again (luckily they have a great warranty plan which I think is worthwhile). They said it should be done Monday afternoon and they would call me. I waited, and then called Tuesday to check again and was told yes, the car was ready. Basically I never got a call from them and had to continually follow up which I had never had to do before. Other than that, the warranty and work is very good
