I have been a client of Village Toyota for the last 10 years; service for my 2005 RAV-4, the 2013 RAV-4 I purchased, and now the 2015 Highlander that I just purchased last month. Michael Ketcham is my favorite go-to salesperson, as he is knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to work with. Debbie Henry has been my service person since the 1st visit in 2005. She is always pleasant, and accommodates my schedule and needs. I feel that both of these people really go the extra mile for me, and are a valuable asset to Village Toyota. Every employee that is walking around is helpful, courteous and pleasant, and the showroom and waiting areas are a pleasure to visit.
