I recently visited Village Toyota for routine service on my Toyota Camry Hybrid. At the time, I mentioned that the Camry exhibited vibration throughout the chassis when driving at 30 MPH and over. The routine oil change and tire rotation was completed immediately and a technician test drove the vehicle to determine the cause of the vibration. The source of the vibration was due to three tires requiring balance adjustments. Tire balance issues are only covered for one year. Usually, as in my case, an issue is discovered shortly after the expiration of the warranty period. Regardless, my Service Consultant Robert Romero made sure the required balancing was performed and extended a customer goodwill credit for the work. The end result was that all work was completed correctly and resulted in absolutely no charge for me. Excellent example of establishing a good customer relationship. Thank You.
