I've bought two spas from Valley Pool & Spas. We've since moved and while there are a number of Spa Shops between me and Valley Pools & Spas (now 220 miles away) I keep going back to them. Recently, I had an issue with my hot tub & needed a standard retrofit part ASAP. The local vendors didn't have it & further, didn't know what I was talking about! I called Valley Pool & Spas & after describing what I needed their service guy said, ""Sure, we stock those, how many would you like""? I had it the next day. I'm up & running! Thanks once again!
