RAV4 2003 - had transmission rebuilt in addition to several smaller tune ups and parts changes.
Car was giving a number of errors and problems. Dave and his team did extensive troubleshooting to identify all issues and find solutions for every problem. Meantime, I had to go out of state for work, leaving car in shop's care. Upon my returning back, car was in a great operational state. She runs perfect now and feels reliable once again.
In my experience with the shop, Dave and his team were always professional, attentive to all my inquiries and requests and delivered great results at the end. Communication was prompt and courteous. I will definitely recommend this shop to others and will use its services again for any future needs I might face.
