I called Dugas Pest Control to treat my pier and beam house. The technician was well prepared and very professional. I use them for my annual pest control inspections for the past 10 years and have been very satisfied. Before contracting with Dugas I received pricing from a couple of the national brand pest control companies and originally accepted the price quote from one of them. However, when I went to their local office to sign the contract they told me that the quote given to me by their sales rep the day before was incorrect. They wanted to increase the price! I refused to pay more than the original quoted price, they refused to honor their original quoted price and I walked out.
