Trust me, do NOT take your pets to this clinic for emergency care! The staff was extremely rude (especially the ER dept manager) and the one ER vet on duty was overwhelmed and didn't explain things very well. I waited a total of over 4 hours in a freezing exam room and saw the vet for about 5 minutes. Said she was coming back but never did so I left. They also could not find the x-rays and exam summary that my referring vet sent them. Charge $106. I took my cat to the Circle City ER and Clinic near 96th and Michigan Rd and was extremely satisfied with the time they spent, their expertise, and their kindness and courtesy. They are everything that the VCA Emergency Clinic on Hague Rd should be but are not.
