I've used them for several years. They are always here and do a nice job. When I needed them to do something extra, specifically once I wanted my curtains vacuumed, I called Lisa and she sent two people over to do it. She's very flexible. When I'm out of town, I cancel and skip that week. They do a good job. They're thorough, on time, and pleasant people. I highly recommend them.
