While rotating tires on our car, an incident occurred in which a tire was damaged. Jeff said, "It was our fault and we will replace the tire." They even went out and bought the same brand of tire as the other four. I had thought they would install one of their own brand, but did not. In the way of apology, Jeff also said, "Your oil change is on us." NOW THAT IS WHAT I CALL GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER LEAVE COURTESY CAR CARE FOR ANY OTHER SERVICE WORK!!!
