The technician, Michael, was very professional and polite. Even though our AC unit is several years old, he told us it was basically in good shape. He recommended adding some lubricant to the system to help prolong its life. I felt like he was making a good recommendation, not just trying to sell us something. We will definitely call Alaskan for our AC needs in the future.
