My pick-up location was Eppley Airfield, Omaha, Nebraska. The counter/check-in attendant was nice, but very pushy in trying to sell every type of extra service he could. I imagine that's what he is paid to do, I felt it was a bit too much of a hard sell, however. The outside car delivery person was a very, very nice young lady. My customer service experience with her was over the top! She was very accommodating and gracious. The drop-off attend was very nice also, he did not rush us through the process and was concerned with the car/driving experience over the course of the rental period. I did notice a charge on my bill which I do not believe I agree to, however, will research this further. I will use Enterprise again and recommend it to my family/friends.
