I had a good experience with Jensen. I contacted Whirlpool/Amana for warranty work on my new cooktop. The tech, Cory arrived on time and diagnosed the problem within a matter of minutes. A new part needed to be ordered and he explained it would arrive in a couple of days. He then asked if I needed any help with any of the other appliances; he quickly checked a setting on my dishwasher. The part arrived 4 business days later, and again Cory came to do the install. He reset the clock on the stove when he was done (sometimes it's the little things that cost nothing).
