I had a good experience with Fred Remmers Rug Cleaners & Oriental Rug Gallery. They made the process of getting my rug cleaned easy. They picked up my rug, took it away, and cleaned it. They offered to repair the rug, but I chose not to. They did a good job and I would recommend them.
