I have rented my apartment for the last year and a half, and I can't express how much I loved the area, my apartment, and Utopia Management Inc. Renting from them was so easy, and They went above and beyond to help get me into the apartment and once rented, to get situated there. Utopia Management Inc. always responded very quickly to any maintenance requests I put in, usually responding within 24 hours! It has been a great experience, and if I ever need to rent in the San Diego area, I will definitely consider Utopia Management Inc.
