Ken was professional from the first meeting explaining what product would be best to the final invoice accuracy. We had a slight problem with the installation of the a few of the stairs and after noticing the problem, Ken immediately made arrangements with his installers to redo the raisers to meet my satisfaction. Our stairs and living room floor is beautiful!!! Great jobs Floorgem!!
