I rent a house managed by Utopia Management Inc. We've lived here for a few years now and every single time something comes up - a clogged drain, an electrical problem, an annoying neighbor with a broken car alarm - They always immediately responds to every email and provides solutions to the problems in hours - not days - hours. They're by far, the best landlord I've ever had. If you're considering renting a property managed by them, don't hesitate for a second. They're good folks.
