Since using the service we've had 4 different reps come out & I don't feel comfortable I feel establishing a relationship & building trust with a rep that comes into your home is important. We really liked the 1st rep Tommy he was very thorough & we understand he had a family emergency. The last rep that came I did mention that the last 3 reps have sprayed my whole yard & he did not do this he only sprayed the perimeters & since then I have noticed my dogs scratching a lot. Our home is backed up on a field with overgrown brush that the city does not come out to trim or clean it up & this is where all our neighbors bring their dogs to do their business this is why I requested to have thorough coverage because the very 1st time our yard was infested with fleas. The rep called to confirm for next service & I mentioned once again that I want thorough coverage because my dogs are scratching & they are on a monthly flee pill that worked up until last service. I also had asked to get the bulbs & sticky pads replaced on the flee detector that you plug into the wall & he mentioned he did not have it in the truck but he never came back to replace it. So I mentioned once again to please bring those because I have a small dog that is in the house as well.
