WORST car rental experience EVER. They had 3 cars available. The first 2 hadn't been washed. The windows on the insides were dirty. The 3rd had been washed with cleaner windows. However, the bumper was detached the rim was bent, there were stains on all the seats which they told me wouldn't come out. There was dog hair in the back seat and a faint odor of cigarette smoke. When I got to my destination my brand new $375. shoes had a black line from the floor carpet being so dirty. I ended up getting towels from the hotel to sit on and for the floor so not to ruin my shoes even more. When I returned the car the next day I pulled in waited in my car for 5 minutes, finally got out got my bags and had to walk up to the office where 3 employees were sitting on their cell phones! I have always used enterprise and have always been pleased until I went to Tulsa international airport enterprise rental.
