WOW, what a wonderful experience. Our technician, Chris was actually early for the appointment but waited until the precise appointment time to ring our doorbell. Very courteous. Chris was extremely knowledgeable about what he was doing, had instant telephone access to specific experts when he ran into something he wasn't absolutely certain about, explained everything he was doing to me and had a very professional demeanor. Great personality also.
