The time to get my oil changed slipped up on me and I was leaving for a brief trip the next day. I stopped by Pfefferle's and they had the job done in about 10 minutes. While talking with a another customer while waiting, he commented on how he felt this business was extremely honest and straightforward. As a single female this made me feel confident about doing business here and I WILL return.
