I required an emergency visit to have a crown reseated. My first exposure to the practice was with Rhonda who is both very efficient and very pleasant. I was given an appointment today at 12:30 which was must sooner than I anticipated. Upon arrival, Mary Beth and Rhonda both greeted me. I completed the required paperwork and was almost immediately seen by Leslie who evaluated the problem and started the procedure for repair. She, too, was very pleasant and professional. Dr. Childs made the final adjustment and repair and Leslie finished up. In all, from start to finish, I was in the office for about a half an hour. Everyone was friendly, personable and professional. From my exposure, this practice looks to be a well organized team effort and one I would recommend to others. As my wife and I are moving our home to Naples, I hope to make Dr. Childs' practice my permanent one.
