The detailer called to let me know he was going to be 15 mins late but was only 7-8 mins which was fine. I was happy just for the call. Most people nowadays don't believe in customer service. He was very friendly and fast. Only took him an hour and 15 mins to do the job (he was by himself). He ask me if there were any areas of the vehicle I needed special attention payed to which I thought was nice to ask (last guys never asked). Overall, excellent job, looked like the day I bought it from the dealer. Will use again. I'm not 100% sure but I thought the guy's name was Shannon.
