It took 3 visits over 6+ weeks to restore function to my natural gas powered Kohler generator. Tech was extremely nice but appeared to lack experience with this brand. Initially he thought a $500 computer board needed to be replaced only to belatedly realize which buttons had to be depressed for a certain # of seconds to achieve restoration.
