I have so far been very satisfied with the work done by O'Brien, however, had I still been working, there would have been a problem in that they rescheduled me three times. They were prompt about calling about the reschedules. But since I'm retired it was no problem. The people I spoke to were very kind and I appreciated that they got the job done in 1/2 day instead of a full day.
