Called the day prior to schedule a cab for a 3:30 am airport run. The person taking the call even commented that "" sucks to be you to have to be up at that hour"", so there was no question that he understood our request.\r

The cab never showed and when we called the dispatch number we were informed that none were available because "" it's just too early"". We had no choice but to scramble, drive to the airport ourselves and pay to leave the car in their parking at over twice what a round trip cab ride would have been. When we came home and contacted the company to see if they would do anything about it, the manager's response was "" well, these things happen"" and he couldn't be liable for every time someone is inconvenienced. His half-hearted apology was far less than sincere\r

There are plenty of other good, reliable cab companies out there and these guys are not one of them. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
