In the 1 hour I waited I was bounced off to three different people all of whom told me Mike will be right back which i found later on Mike no longer at Verrazano Service. Get it together. You're a business. Invest in multiple lines or better yet, invest in quality management and employees that have can-do attitudes and some sense of urgency.\r

When the clueless man got around to asking me some none sense questions about my auto issue another customer walked in asking about where about of Mike he totally dropped me mid sentence and attended to the other customer telling him Mike was out sick\r

Over it. I'll take my money elsewhere or find where Mike is and make sure to let everyone who asks know just how terrible the customer service is at this joke of a business.
