My first experience with Alamo and with online check in. Picked up car at midnight. No compacts available but another couple assured me I could take any car. There was no one in the lot to tell me that, but I did choose a car and the very nice lady at the gate said it was a free upgrade. Returning my car was just as easy. No one was working so I just dropped it off and left the keys in it. As long as I don't get charged extra after the fact, I can say I was completely pleased with the car, the price and the lady at the exit gate. I just thought it was weird that I never talked to any other employee.
