two years ago we had Ecola treatment for termites and we understood that the treatment (heat) would end the problem and that every two years an inspection would be done to make sure...on the two year inspection we found out there were more termites and that was treated. However, a borax spraying was recommended to end the problem forever and-----we would have liked to have that told to us the first time! It kind of feels like we were misled somewhat in that now we are facing a couple of thousand more dollars to do the borax spraying. Haven't decided yet to do that until tax refunds come...the technician who came recently was helpful and explained to us that the termites will come back and recommended the borax to hopefully eliminate the termites to a greater degree. We know 100% is impossible but again, would have like to have it all explained at the first visit 2 years ago
