Although I had to wait several hours for a technician to be available, it was well worth the wait. I had dealt with another local plumbing company in the past and was very displeased with their service and knowledge. My technician, Alex, was one of the most professional, friendly and efficient individuals that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He not only fixed my problem, he also explained what he was doing, step-by-step and told me ways to prevent this issue from reoccuring. It was a positive experience all the way around and I will not be dealing with any other plumbing company in the future.
