The sales reps, Andrew & Joe were very friendly and pleasant, and listened! Andrew offered a sense of trust, in general, with his easy and unassuming demeanor. They were a great team together, and the experience didn't have a hardcore off putting sales-push vibe, which was refreshing and welcomed, especially as a female consumer! Andrew went the extra mile to take time and show me how to use many of the features in my 2015 CRV, after I made my purchase, before I drove off the lot. He helped me set up and sync my Bluetooth command and other features in the vehicle which I very much appreciated. It was a good experience, all around.
