Austin made the service call to diagnose a noisy/jerky garage door mechanism. I had pre-ordered nylon rollers with high-end steel ball bearings, knowing that the rollers were part of the problem.
Austin was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly The work was performed efficiently, without any wasted time or effort.
The door is working flawlessly and is virtually silent! Nice!
