Unprofessional business practices....have caused me to leave Walton after being a customer for over15 years! In the fall of 2014 I found out that I needed a new oil tank and because of that I was instructed not to have any oil put into the old tank. I contacted your office several times to inform them NOT to deliver oil. On 11/24/14 they came and we're putting in oil and I ran out to my yard screaming for Bill M. to stop!!!! He had managed to put in around 50 gallons of oil in spite of my previous calls to your office NOT to deliver any oil. I personally took the delivery man inside to see my oil tank and he acknowledged that it needed to be replaced. Walton Inc. is continuously billing me for oil I repeatedly asked them not to deliver! I couldn't believe that the following week you came and filled up my OLD tank! The company replacing the tank said they would siphon the oil out of the old one and put it into my new tank. I paid you for that unauthorized delivery, but I will NOT do business with ANY company that blatantly and repeatedly disregards my requests and concern about service. Walton Inc. lacks the ability to effectively communicate within their own company. In conclusion, I the customer am expected to pay monetarily for their inefficient business practices. It is obvious that you have taken customer service to an all new low....so I'm taking my business elsewhere. more
