The guy we worked with from Floor Coverings International was very knowledgeable and talked about different types of carpets. He came to the house a couple times to talk about the different kinds, and he also waited on us because we decided that we wanted to move the furniture and take out the original carpet ourselves. So he waited on us, and was very patient with us. I was very well pleased! The men who came to lay down the new carpet did it in an hour and a half, and they were very efficient. We had no problems at all!
