I truelly can not express In words how Dr.Vanover and all his staff how awesome they all were. i was awe struck at the kindness , the gentle care, the genuine concern for how you feel . Another thing im a little embarassed to say and since no one reading this ( lol )knows me personally and no pictures are attached, lets just say it has been a long time since i have been to dentist , the reason being ? I was terrified of drills , needles , choking (lol) that kind of stuff. Besides that when you have 5 children at home their needs come first ,then you. Now you know as well as i do ,when you go anywhere ,not just dentists, but to the grocery store , the gas station, dept.stores,doctors where ever, not everybody on the staff or customer service team is going to show geniune concern or be as personable as others but everyone of Dr.vanovers staff was incredible and never once made me feel bad because i was paralyzed by my fear of the dentists. And to be truelly honest , ive always done for others it was so hard not to want to exchange the kindness in return. Where as i said i have 5 kids early, in this extremely long paragragh ?? ,any parent knows funds are slim and i will get all my work on my teeth done gradually but one thing is for sure , I certainly will not ever go anywhere else for any of my Dentistry needs.
