All they care about - is the money!!!! They don't care about customers. They need your credit card before they make an appointment - that's not right. Plus they want to provide service the next day - not "same day" service.
Provide service first, then I'll give you my credit card. Let the service speak for itself. I will NEVER use again. They are "wanna be" Plumbers. Save yourself a headache and don't call them. Call another plumbing company....
