My relationship is with my air conditioning and heating service contract with On Time Elmer. My Plumbing is with Benjamin Franklin and my Electrical is with Mr. Sparky, according to my service contract with On Time Elmer. The latter two have never followed up with me after their initial service inspections in late 2013 and appear to be only interested in selling me products I don't need. Their pricing appears to be exceptionally high, based on other estimates that I have received.
