On Time Elmer installed my brand new AC unit incorrectly. Had another company to check out the unit because it was making a lot of noise and rattling when we finally needed to turn on the unit. The other technician stated there was NO WAY that whoever installed the unit could NOT have known it was installed incorrectly. I understand things happen and believe in second chances, but this IS the second incident! I won't ever call on On Time Elmer EVER again. I wish never to receive contact with them! They have no integrity!
