poor communication and not trusting to their word. The initial appointment was ok. Technician came out did temp repair and ordered parts. Came back few days later and installed correct part. In the process of doing so he damaged the fan which caused damage to the motor bearing. After finally getting a so call master technician to show up, he as red me that the would take care of the problem at no cost to me. They have yet to replace the fan and motor. My HVAC unit sounds it belongs in a decibel level competition. So when they ask if I would recommend them to some one........ the timeliness yes.....the rest never.
