Had my cars tranny replaced 3-5 years ago. Was suddenly getting a thump evertime the auto transmission went into another gear. Every indication pointed to the Tranny's torque converter. This is a very expensive repair. Robert performed a diagnosis on the car and found out it was only the idle air control valve that was causing this problem and which in comparison is an inexpensive repair. He did the repair in record time and also fixed a few other things that required immediate attention on my car. When he was completed, my car ran better than it has when I got the new tranny put in. In fact it runs better than it did when I first bought it 15 years ago !! Robert is trustworthy and a very reliable and experienced mechanic. He has won me over and I have now found my new mechanic since moving here from New York. I was especially impressed given the fact Robert called me a few days later to make sure the car was running great and I was happy with the repair. Can't ask anymore from a great mechanic.
