I have been going to Rick case for a long time for service. I bought my car from there in 2007. Everything had been fine until I started dealing with the associate Yohan. Long store short.. If you constantly screw up a customers service you could at least helped me out by imstalling the part that was screwed up the first for free. $40 of labor is all I asked for and he said NO! more
