I have had nothing but problems with the insurance dept. The first time a request was sent for a ""cap"" replacement it took 3 months before I had to call this office back. At this time I was informed the claim was denied because the representative who submitted the request sent the wrong policy number. I was told this request would be sent again. It is now 15 business days later and I have made 2 more calls to the insurance dept and still I have not been contacted. Not to mention I had another request sent to my insurance company a year ago for a veneer and was never contacted back with an approval or denial. I would not recommend this dental office to anyone.
