my garage door stopped while still a foot off the ground during the worst February in years - 2015! I got it to close by hanging on it. Mike D from Girard got here earlier (after I ok'd that) and spotted multiple problems and solutions in minutes. Other company had jury-rigged, never fixed, in three visits. I couldn't be more impressed or pleased. Highly recommend you call Girard FIRST. Price was very reasonable and included some advice and instructions for aligning safety feature.
