I've used this office frequently (almost once a month) for about two years as an Enterprise Plus member. The location is convenient and the people there have been helpful. \r

However, the last time I was in they gave me a lot of resistance to using my debit card, and required that either 1) I give them a major credit card, or 2) I bring in two utility bills every time I rent a car. I don't have a credit card by choice, and I think my rental history speaks for itself. \r

Later that week I rented from the Fulton Avenue location, where I used the same debit card without a problem.
