People are nice and very pleasant. The final plumbing seems to be excellent. Plants along the plumbing line were misplaced, the grass had to be replanted where the dirt lay for 10 days, and the commode they put in was not the "top of the line" that I was promised. Also, they were supposed to drain the water heater as I became a "member" but this hasn't happened. But I will use them again. They do good work, basically.
