My request for service was promptly scheduled, Antoine appeared at the appointed time and checked my three AC units--although I wasn't pleased with is finding (no fault of his of course) I was pleased with his recommendations for how to fix the problem so that it would not be a problem again. I am extremely pleased with Abacus and will continue to use them and to highly recommend them.
