This is by far the worst run doctor's office that I have ever experienced. I did not even know that you could run a business in this fashion and still be in business. I made an appointment and realized that I had a conflict so I called back less than 5 minutes after I made the appointment and changed it. Apparently this time was never changed in their system and they called to say that I had missed my appointment and that I owed them $75....WAY more than my $20 co-pay. They basically called me a liar and have refused to drop the charge. This was NOT my fault and it is an awful feeling being bullied into paying a charge that should of never been charged to the customer.
