went there on Saturday March 8th, called in for a reservation...got there and was told they didn't have the reservation and would have to wait 2 hours in line. the person I spoke to in person was the same person I talked to on the phone, the attitude was complacent. I guess when you that busy why would you care about 2 customers. shame on Red Lobster. I sure would have liked to talk to a manager, but they were to busy.
